Lie back and receive.
In a one-on-one healing session, we work with your energy field through integrative energy work, reiki, and energetic clearing.
We work directly with your energy your own intuition to explore what is happening beneath the surface and support what is ready to shift.
For those who are looking for expansive exploration, these sessions can also explore soul contracts, timelines, other realms and dimensions, or other layers of your energy and energetic attachments.
These sessions are for women who:
-
Are awakening to their gifts, intuition, and want grounded support.
-
Have had a spiritual experience (or experiences) they don't know how to explain.
-
Feel heavy, scattered, or out of sync and want to feel refreshed and like yourself again.
-
Are healers or practitioners ready for deeper support of your own.
-
Are done with surface level support and healing and feel ready to go deeper.
What Is Integrative
Energy Work?
Integrative energy work lends Reiki with other energy and intuitive practices in a single session. Instead of following one fixed technique, we draw on whatever your energy is asking for in the moment.
In a session this can include:
-
Reiki to calm your system and restore energetic flow
-
Energetic clearing to release what isn't your or is ready to shift like stress, heaviness, and unease
-
Chakra and energetic field work to bring you back into balace
-
Guided mediation or visualization to help you slow down and tune in
-
Deeper exploration when you're drawn to exploring spiritual layers, other realms and dimensions and connecting with your spirit guides.
No two sessions look the same. We follow what your energy needs. You don't need experience with energy work to begin.
Sessions are held with experience supporting women in spiritual wellness spaces for over 10 years and as a Reiki Master Teacher along with additional training in quantum healing and clearing.
