You will learn to listen to the language of your soul and to sense the movement of energy within and around you, and to trust what you already know deep down.

Each week blends guided meditation, energy practice, and reflection to help you:

• Build confidence in your and gain tools to read and trust your own energy and intuition

• Clarity on how your intuition communicates with you

• Set energetic boundaries and clear energetic buildup from others and your environment

• Daily practices that support intuitive clarity

• Learn about vibration and frequency and how it affects you and your energetic field

• Practical techniques for energetic flow and self-healing
