Shadow work coaching is for women who are ready to get real with themselves. When you’re tired of surface-level healing, frustrated with repeating patterns, or just feeling stuck. This is for who want deep self-awareness and are willing to look at the all of the parts of themselves to grow and release limiting patters, and reclaim your true strength.
Shadow work coaching is exploring the hidden, often messy parts of yourself—the parts that you usually keep buried. Held in a safe container to explore, this isn’t about judging or rejecting those ideas, questions, or parts; it’s about understanding them. In these sessions, we dive into your beliefs, patterns, and past experiences that might be holding you back. By shining a light on your “shadow,” we create space for healing and transformation, giving you clarity on who you are at your core.
While energy healing works on a deep, energetic level, shadow work sessions focus on the subconscious as well as the conscious aspects of your healing journey during Deep Healing, Clearing, and Integration Sessions. Together, we'll look at what's happening in your life from a practical and conscious level - identifying the blocks, patterns, and attachments that are keeping you stuck and addressing them head-on. This is where the magic happens, but it's not always easy. Shadow work is about facing the parts of yourself you've been hiding from. It's about diving into the messy. uncomfortable truths the patterns you've been repeating, the emotions you've been suppressing, the stories you've told yourself for too long.

What to Expect with Shadow Work
During your Deep Healing, Clearing, and Integration Sessions you will be held in a safe, supportive space where the fog begins to clear and you finally feel ready to release what has been holding you back.

Each session will be a combination of deep Soul healing, practical tools and conscious healing, guiding you step by step.
